or... they come from the USA and you have to pay duty when it arrives

Buy direct from their website. The quality is good but panties are small on size and padded bras are very padded, in my opinion and more difficult for large size fit. If you are slim though their designs are fab.

Also - if you sign up to their newsletter you get all the special offers, free postage etc.

I had to return some items that didn’t fit and they refunded it without a problem.

I have some nice ones from there, the bodies seem to be correct sizing, bras too.. but don't expect much support!

knickers slightly small but that could be because a lot are strappy so I always size up on those anyway

I've never had a problem with delivery etc and yes, definitely worth signing up for discounts!
