It depends what you are expecting really.

I did notice an increase after a few months.

Increase was very very marginal but noticeable.

It felt amazing to use and as a toy in its own right id recommend.

You feel engorged and very sensitive afterwards.

You cant add flesh where there is none surely, I wouldnt buy it expecting growth but as a toy, pumping anything will plump it up a bit (thinking back to my breast pumping baby days) but you cant stay engorged forever
