" Too many are missing. I refuse to contribute to any more. I love fiercely, even when it tears me apart." Sadly that’s true, I know how hard you’ve tried and can only pray that all your effort pays off

"Hopefully one day we can all look back on the madness and say, you know what? We did what we could, we looked after the people that matter to us (whether we know them personally or not). And here we are, stronger as individuals, as a country, as a race of beings, and be proud of who we are and what we've become. J " Beautifully put J I can only hope that we can look back on this horrible times in the future and know that we were as careful as we could be and protected those we can. This year has been greatly about reflection and appreciating what we have

"One of the best quotes I’ve recently read - “We isolate now...So when we gather again...no one is missing” With all the heartache we all must be feeling not being able to see loved ones especially at this time, Or holding on to eagerness to meet those you may have bonded with on here. Here’s hoping that the sacrifice we make today makes the day we reunite one to remember. Stay strong and I hope you all remain positive :D" For balance and no angle A lady with 5 grand children played exactly by the rules She died not of covid on Wednesday She had not had a hug or seen the grand kids or kids for 9 months It's not simple I'm trying to do what I feel is right and trying hard not to make judgement upon those who have a different perspective

I most certainly couldn’t live with knowing that I might have played a part in infecting loved ones. It’s never just a clear one sided thought. There will always be two sides of it all.

That’s why I’m doing everything I can within the rules to ensure we see my son’s grandparents, even if that meant sitting on the patio freezing at Christmas while they talked to us through the window, or got blown to bits walking along the promenade with my son’s other grandparents on Boxing Day. I can also take them food parcels and stuff so they feel less isolated. We all miss hugging each other though

When all this is over I intend to hug and hold on to those I love with my dear life. I’m hoping this year goes by with a blink of an eye and hopefully next year we have things under more control.
