Anyone tried them? I've been given some as a gift and I'm so excited to get in a bath tonight! Apparently I'll get an insanely good sleep afterwards, fingers crossed.

Hmm I feel like a phone call would do the same job, video calling everyone from the bath seems a bit exhibitiony, even for me!

Normally sleep very well after!

I've tried CBD (liquid). It's a minefield. I brought the highest quality available in the UK ... strong dose... did absolutely nothing. I've tried it for a couple of months. No improvement to sleep. I track it and if anything it's worse in every respect. No improvement to any metric. Might be a placebo in some people. Waste of time and money in my experience.

Bath salts help you relax... but do does a bath...

I've tried CBD oil, i was told it helps with pain and aids sleep .... it didn't. It was very expensive.

They are definitely best if somebody joins you. If you need any volunteers...

Oh bugger, we're in Tier 4.

Fwb said the same. He's been trying it for pain in his stump but just said it's given him an upset stomach.....

Based on my experience and what a lot of others have mentioned before , it seems like the majority are snake oil

Has anyone had any that they thought bettered their life?

Apart from the tingly foof you mean.

I'd try them again just for that.

Same here! I struggle staying asleep. And wake 3 or 4 times every damn night!

I tried high quality ( and high price!) CBD oil for 1 month. Plus a CBD bath bomb. Zero improvement. Waste of money in my opinion.
