Orange pippin are a fave as are russets. We also have a gorgeous hedgerow apple of no fixed variety with pink marbled flesh. I am going to be taking some grafts of that one.

A farm close to me sells Egremont Russet and they are my absolute favourite, though I've never seen them sold anywhere else.
