oh that brought back a bad memory of a PE teacher i had.. i had forgotten my sports bra at secondary school (F or G cup) and he made me run 400m in a normal bra and i was in soooo much pain

try a different type of bra, underwired bras are notorious for this kind of thing, make sure you hand wash them, that can prevent the under-wire from coming loose
