It’s not classed as anal if you wear a nodder

Depends if you like the risks associated with bareback anal. hiv and hepatitis. Faster to catch via anal than vaginal apparently.

How do you reach that conclusion? So not vaginal sex if you wear a condom either then? John

I would have thought it was personal preference, IF you are an exclusive couple and this will just be between the two of you. It's a really nice feeling with skin on skin contact during anal.

If it's involving others, then yes use condoms as the risk of spreading infection is higher with anal sex

Sorry for the serious reply My usual deadpan sarcastic service will be resumed as soon as possible

More information would be helpful

Is this Male in Male, Male in Female, Female in Male or Female in Female penetration?

Is this with a new or established partner?

A nice rule of thumb is if you have to ask it might be a good idea to wear one.

You’d wear rubber gloves if you had to put you hand in a sewer. Just saying.

This is a good bit of advice, if in doubt wrap your tallywacker

We don’t rubber up if it’s just the two of us but if anyone else were to join us then we would use condoms.

Anal sex brings even greater risk of spreading certain STDs than vaginal sex so I would definitely use a condom for a non-exclusive partner. To be honest though, I've always used condoms for it even with partners who I didn't use condoms with for vaginal sex just because I'm a bit of a germaphobe.

If it's with other partners you're swapping with then you might want to rubber up or take prep. HIV is much, much easier to get via anal than vaginal. Other STDs are also easier to catch. If you do use them get thicker ones too as thin ones tear more easily when doing anal.

I always do vaginal sex bare and accept the risks, but I'm far more wary of doing bareback anal xx

Also depends whether you are going to do a full prep before.

Yes, to be precise it’s easier for the receptive partner to catch things.

My advice is use a condom unless it's your long term partner and your sure there's no risks. You can't be too careful and for the sake of a condom you can still have and enjoy yourselves
