How's your lungs?

I cannot sing the last word to the G Cinnamon song Canter for as long as he does without turning blue. I reckon he can breathe through his ears. Lung function goals for 2021. How do you breathe? Or what's your goals? Interesting ones welcome

When I was diagnosed asthmatic in my 20s doing all the blowing tests I was told I had a large lung capasity and asked if I was an athlete in my youth I said no lol! But I did alot of cross country running for school and clubs maybe it built them up x

I used to love running as a kid, till your lungs used to feel like they were burning and would burst. Too many years of working with dust later my peak flow is pathetic

I couldnt run these days! I can cycle miles but not run! X

Mine are very good. I do deep lung breathing, you breathe in and then out. I can breathe out for about 20 seconds

Brixton Academy. I was dead lucky coz all the nice people let me go down to the front coz they could easily see over my head so I was practically touching distance. I still maintain he winked at me, and I imagine everyone within a 20ft radius of me claims the same

I've no idea what this song is but I can hold a note for at least 30 seconds. It's not difficult if you know how to use your diaphragm.

I can see a Fab video contest coming on.

Reasonable for someone untrained. I still have a tiny amount of lung soreness after presumed Covid in the spring/summer, but it's just uncomfortable occasionally now, my lung capacity has returned.

I blame having been a woodwind player
