I've just tried some of the slow ones and lasted about 2 minutes. That's it, done for the day!! Urgh...that hurt!! | |||

"Sit ups can be really bad for your lower back as already mentioned - a friend of mine is a professional body builder and he recommends never doing sit ups. At all. Google core strength exercises for alternatives. You don't need to do sit ups to firm up your stomach area." Ok thanks | |||

"Those ab cruncher things are good to get started. I can't lose that annoying back fat! I've found only thing to really drop weight is to quit the booze, otherwise it just goes straight back on. No booze in covid is pretty tough! " Give up dairy, and ideally meat. Giving up dairy can seriously reduce your fat levels (I'm a boring weird vegan) | |||
