Think of those who don't have your life and luxuries. Who each day have to literally survive to see the next day. We are all very fortunate to have what we have just be grateful.

When you wake up in the morning it's the first day of your life live it to the full. And when you go to bed at night it might be your last. Ask your self how was my day spent.

What parts of your life make you think fuck it, job, where you live etc and then work on changing what you can.

Firstly on really sorry your feeling that way and secondly you don't have to snap out of it.

It's OK to feel crap sometimes but if it's more long term it might be worth having a chat with your GP.
