My mind... Reading, expanding, challenging my preconceptions + un. conscious bias .. Also starting a new job from Jan

My body.. Getting back to regular gym plan... My goal next year is to be able to do unassisted body /chin up things

I need to stop helping other people at work. By helping them it means I can't get my own work done on time.

Them not doing their own work means I can't do mine, which is why I help them. But fuck that.
