For those that I spoke to just over a week ago now I'm just giving am update my mum was diagnosed with bowl cancer today I broke lock down rules tongo and see her.. I k ow its wrong bit in minday she is going in for an operation and after today she needs to isolate until then I wanted to give her a cuddle and tell her everything will he ok. Thwy think they will he able to remove all the cancer but she will have to live the rest of her life with a stoma bag. She is only 60. I'm so worried about her but I truly believe she will come though this.. its times like these you realise just how precious life is. So remember everyone be kind to others love the people you care about Rember to respect people and always be nice. Peace and love to everyone

Thought are with you positivity definitely helps xx hope her op goes well and wishing her a speedy recovery. We lost our mum on New Year’s Day so this Xmas is the first without her and if I could break the rules to have a hug off my unwell mum well I would so don’t beat yourself up about breaking the rules in that situation xx

Tough times, tough decisions.

I think there is a huge difference between breaking the guidelines for anyone in your situation, to people breaking them because they're a twunt.

Good luck to your mum, wishing her a very speedy recovery.

So sorry to hear that , my stepmum was very ill a few years ago and had to have a bag also , she too is now 60 and after a period of adjustment, lots of help from stoma nurses and getting into a routine she copes really well. Best wishes for your mums recovery and love to you it’s must be very hard already without the added stress of this blasted virus x
