A man's average hieght is 5'9".A woman's average height is 5'5 n half".

That makes me tall

As a relatively tall woman, I lust after taller guys (6'). I just love to stand and kiss a guy taller than me.

However, in my personal experience I've found my favourite meets have all been guys same height or shorter than me.

Once you're lying down, the length of your legs doesn'treally come into play, unless you're a dwarf that is. Torso length is more common than long legs.
