I’m guessing it’s - guy comes in to do some sort of work for you, while your back is turned he roots around in a laundry basket and has a sniff of any underwear he finds. You then walk in and spot him

To be honest doesn't really matter what the scenario is - if it was uninvited the only answer is being angry and potentially reporting them, they certainly wouldn't be allowed to remain in the house or expect to be paid for their time.
