Once had a box of PGtips where it looked like someone sabotaged the bags.

A quick message to the PG monkeys and they sent me a complimentary replacement box of bags

I thought I had more than I did left its a tragedy I go for a walk first thing every morning though so will have to pick some up on my way round!
