I have to admit that as a man, I've only tried to aorganise one once, when I was in a couple: it went well, but as you say, the sheer grief and aggro involved can take a lot of the fun out of it.

Thus, like yourself, I'd say that most of my gangbang experiences have been quite spontaneous, unplanned and accidental. Over the years, I've been SO lucky to have been allowed by some very generous and beautiful people to play with them, and I remain forever grateful for it. A friend organised one for me a few years ago and it didn't end up happening because I wanted between 8 and 10 guys so he invited about 30 i think. The day before 12 confirmed after he had spoken to them on WhatsApp but then on the day 1 by 1 they cancelled so we were only left with 2 guys so we called it off.
