With my Oral B one, it has replaceable heads. So the little metal bit is exposed.

It just tingled a little bit, but didn't really do much.

I do have a clit vibe head for an electric toothbrush (the Tingletip) that I take when I travel and don't want to pack a rabbit in my case.

I don't like the thought of using the toothbrush to clean my teeth afterwards though, so I have a brush specifically for use with that head.
