Or the 20 minute, headphones blaring, barearmed, brisk walk to work when it's so cold the park is covered in fog, my breath looks like I vape and it's almost frosty... Makes me feel strong (weird word, I know but it's the correct one) ... Frosty is no good for me though, as I get paranoid about slipping over
