don't say anything at all. Isn't that what we get told? Seems like some people on here forget that and think they can say anything they like, no matter what.

I was having a rubbish day anyway with my mental health, so they've just added to my anxiety about me not being good enough.

This isn't a "please give me support" thread, it's a "please think before you send someone a message that is anything other than nice".

I agree totally. Some people are so unkind for no reason apart from to satisfy themselves. It can be very cruel on here. Not only through inbox but on the forums too.

I do hope that before people press send,they actually take a minute to think how would that make the other person feel.

Thanks guys. I have blocked. It took me years to get confident enough to put myself out there and it only takes one thing to knock that confidence. I'll get there again soon, I'm sure.

I try, sometimes I clearly fail due to my own stupidity and lack of tact whilst trying to be mildly amusing. But on the whole I think I dont do a bad job of being considerate due to my own battles.

So to anyone I've offended I apologise and hope to that I've made someone smile a just a little.
