Hi all, I've been a bit elusive lately and thought I'd check my messages. One of my favourite messagers is treemonkey. He has gone! Now I know that's his choice and I'm not stalking.. but if anyone is in contact with him, can you please message me. Ta xxx

If you read this and it's irrelevant.. Hiya anyway. Thanks for reading. What's your favourite tree??

Hey OP, lovely to see you again.

I hope Tree is okay as well, he left a bit ago now.

My favourite tree is a willow tree, closely followed by a cherry blossom tree. What's your favourite tree? x

One of the Japanese customs is the practice known as "Hanami". You'd love it!

I've read about Hanami before! My hope in the next few years is to go to Japan and have a chance to experience it.

Hi gorgeous.. He is a comer and goer indeed.

Ooo I love both of those. Cherry blossom so celebratory of spring and willow so connected to water and never burns!

My faves... Rowan .. Showing off clinging high on a rock on the mountain. Scots Pine.. Remind me of my ancestors.. With curly branches that drop perfect to burn in an outdoor arty fire.

Oh and the Banyan tree. Host of wasp and bees nests and big enough to camp in!

I had a friend who moved over there a while back, unfortunately we've lost contact but last time we chatted it was about Hanami, he said it's absolutely stunning, hope you get to go & see it.

My favourite is a Ginko Biloba, I have one in the garden which is six feet tall and could reach forty feet.

My second favourite is the Indian bean tree with its huge leaves.
