Can anyone share any tits and tricks for Barbados, we will be there for three weeks I’ve Christmas staying at sandals royal.

I was there exactly two years ago. Barbados is fabulous so try and get out from the resort and see the island.

Use the local mini bus taxis- they cost almost nothing and are great fun. Go to Oistins on a Friday evening, the atmosphere is fantastic, you could walk there most of the way along the beach.

Do the posh bit at Holetown - it’s where Sandy Lane is located, a day on the beach there is great. Hire a car and explore the east coast as well.

You will have a great time, I’m envious. The locals are lovely and you are safe walking anywhere. Go to the races at Bridgetown.
