So.. having not long recently hitting my milestone of being sober for 2 years.

I’ve decided my next goal is going to be focusing on my weight.

I’m not wanting advice on wanting to lose weight, but if anything want it more to be a positive forum about forgetting 2020 and focusing on something better in 2021

I've had a dry November, so well done on maintaining it for 2 years

As for weight loss, I'm type 2, and batch cook then freeze most of ma food so that I know what what's actually in it. I've lost about half a stone in the last 6 months. Regular exercise helps also. I've walked all the way round Derby Ring Road during the first lockdown, am now in the process of doing it anti clockwise

I'm type 2 as well but find the weight just keeps coming of since being diagnosed 5 years or so ago! And I'm not a disciplined eater I eat things I really should not x

.

Congratulations on the sobriety Op, I hope the new year is kind to you. I don't have any concrete resolutions as such, as silly as it sounds I'd like myself and those I care about to be happy. Be happy isn't a resolution though is it? Maybe to take active steps in doing things that make me happy, that would be my resolution.
