Stigma for single guys

Whats with the stigma on single guys swinging? Im finding lately that no matter the amount of effort you put in that all important first message, it doesnt seem to get anywhere. Is there anything that you couples/ladies prefer to see in a message?

There is a lack of interest due to Covid.

The fact that there are a tonne of successful single guys on fab and in the swinging world of varying appearances proves that fab and swinging is what you make of it.

Men outnumber women massively on site, that is the only hurdle any man faces here that he won't in the real world.

Have a decent profile, send decent messages to those who may be interested in you and be a decent human....do that and you can't go far wrong.

Remember it's not Insta shag and we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Ive not missed the news lol, but im trying to establish contacts for when we are all free! Id have thought people would have more time to talk but it seems fab has kind of dried up with talking these days, thats why ive moved onto the forums

You realise we're all different, right?

You won't appeal to everyone so why try?

Be yourself, be honest and personable. That way those who respond will do so cos they're interested and not cos ypuve said the right thing.

Depends on the couple or the single; one size won’t fit all. It’s a balance of making enough effort but not trying too hard....just the same as the real world.

You’ll be someone’s cup of tea just as much as someone’s marmite and sprout sandwich. Just be you and you’ll find the people you click with in time.

Do you really not get that everyone is different?

Some will want to read one thing, someone else will find that thing boring/crude/cheesy/desperate/copy and pastey.

Just be your chuffing self and you'll eventually find people that suit you and you them.

Yes it may take a few years but that's how it's gonna be until organised socials etc are back up and running and you can make a first impression in person

It could be that there are 10,000 “single” males for every single lady on here. You’re getting drowns out by the mass messages that all the horny young’uns are saying.

You have to make your message stand out, and include a face pic otherwise you might as well not message lol

They want your own message that tells them about you and that you've read their profile and that you match what they're looking for.

They're not looking for someone copying and writing what another fab member has told them to write.

Now you see Im unlikely to message anyone that sends me a face pic straight off, or I would rather they didn't as I am pretty much not returning the favour so feel guilty for looking.
