You know when you look in the freezer and cupboards half a dozen times and there is still nothing you fancy to eat.

Don't give up Op, sometimes I feel like that and then I discover some Hereford mince, a bit more rummaging and I've found some tomato puree and bay leaves, that odd but unique umami paste jar and before you know it I have the perfect spaghetti bolognese that will sate my hunger deliciously.
