I went out to play a weird wheelchair football hybrid with my daughter in the park. We both got liberally covered in mud but she now understands how to dribble the ball and to keep her body between the ball and the person trying to take it off her (me). We had a great time and now I'm having a bath to remove the mud. We also bought a new living room floor covering and went to Sainsbury's.
