My very best cure is to find the occipital ridge. Back of your head, just in your hair line, you'll find a knobbly bit on each side. Apply some pressure to it. If it's coming from head and neck tension that's an excellent pressure point to alleviate pain.

For me i get both headaches and bloody migraines

And jokes aside sex makes them so much worse too lol

Normal headaches take paracetomol and also ibuprofen/codeine

If it is a migraine i have to a triptan

Would be no harm in getting checked. Even if you just need them for reading, I can always tell when my prescription needs changing because of the headaches.
