Crisp sandwiches

So some may see these as a strange combination, the back story is I just had some smoked salmon but didn't have any lettuce to put on the sandwiches so just had cucumber and used crisps for the crunch...

Does anyone have any habits that may be deemed strange?

I'm not a fan of flavoured crisps but I could imagine a prawn cocktail, sweet chilli, bacon flavour etc. would work quite well

The main thing I think is you need like a decent crisp, like a tyrells or sensations to make it worthy imo

With northern roots I was taught anything can go between two slices of bread, as helps fill you up, and it does. When I first left home my Monday lunch for work was always left over roast dinner buttie as I made to much, toast the bread then layer in the meat, veg and finally mash potato... delicious

I love crisps in sandwiches. I like frazzles on them.

My weirdest food habit is probably putting mayonnaise on my peanut butter sandwiches.
