Does anyone use these books, are they only for slimming, heard there's some gd recipes

Really good recipes although I'm not keen on low fat anything. But they have a fb page as well I think !

I use the latest book. It's not just for slimming but most people use it along with slimming world. There's some brilliant high protein recipes and post work out recipes too.

I think you can google a lot of the recipes and I believe there's a facebook group too
