I wish I was that organised that I knew already. But it's definitely tea and it's the main meal of the day

I have breakfast, dinner, tea. Tea is the main meal of the day. Even at work we call the midday meal dinner.

Making desserts always feels like a delicious idea at the time.

Until you realise you've got about 28 billion calories Sat in your fridge

I don't do it anymore - I had an 'incident ' with a tray of chocolate brownies I made once

Parma wrapped chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

Just because you're by yourself doesn't mean you should rough it!

Not a fan then ? We buy ours of a local farmer! Grass fed and no pellets so tastes really good.

Noodles that aren't made from traditional pasta recipe. Lower in crab, higher in protein.

Some of them smell a bit fishy.

Kedgeree, made by me using a kipper, wild rice, red pepper, red onions (too much red but it's just using up what's in the fridge) with green beans lobbed in to de-red it a bit. And SO nearly forgot the hard boiled eggs!! Thank-you!!
