They're literally the worst vegetable, you have to fry them in garlic and bacon after boiling them for ages and getting rid of the excess leaves and cutting a cross in their bases.

Only the devoted can possibly be ok with that ritual.

It's tasty enough, it's not in my top 5 veg, it's less hassle than a bag of Brussels though.

I miss the post pub kebab shop "no cabbage please boss man"
