Or have you taken one up recently due to lockdown?

I read tarot cards and have done for a few years now.

Oh thats novel (in my experience) for a man. Do you believe in them, or just enjoy reading them for people?

I collect fossils, but that comes with my career so I don't suppose it counts as a hobby.

I also love musical theatre and sometimes I knit.

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

I (LB) ride a landboard and lots of folks are intrigued and ask questions after the opening comment of "I didn't expect you to be so old"

Fossil collecting sounds a pretty cool hobby.

I've recently started collecting women's sport memorabilia, it's far easier to collect and a lot cheaper than the male memorabilia.

I get that a lot haha. I think most people expect a female who looks like a witch, not a normal looking man who works full time. I do believe in it yeah although I'm unable to read for myself. I love reading for others though and have always had positive feedback

Do you enjoy watching or do you perform as well? I was a member of a few amateur dramatic societies myself and also played the drums and was a sound technician for a few productions as well

I like going to airports and watching the planes, not plane spotting where they take the numbers down, but just the spectacle of it

I think it stems from Mum taking me and my cousin to Manchester airport as kids during the summer holidays

Up early and off on the bus with a satchel full of butties and crisps

Is that for your own collection or do you trade it on as well?

Just for my own collection, I've loved sport all my life and started collecting programmes, then it became shirts, boots, cricket bats, boxing gloves etc. One day, my neice asked why it was all boy stuff and it resonated with me so I started buying women's football programmes and shirts etc

That sounds good and especially now there's been more of a push to show certain women's sports and get more coverage. You could find yourself sitting on some gems in the future

Its because your not talking to them. I do wonder if it also stems from the fact that if your just popping along for a chat the bee's become more familiar with your voice and less reactive when your doing stuff with them ?

I've noticed prices have definitely gone up over the past few years. Some of the shirts I have from the 1991 and 1995 world cup will be worth a fair bit in the future but for now it makes a pretty cool basement.

I'm not shure if one of my hobbies is unusual or not but when someone new comes to my house they often make a beeline to it. I'm a bit of a hi-fi buff and do have some rather exotic kit, normally someone will ask my play some vinyl and can't believe how good it sounds. I don't tend to upgrade all that often, but when i do, i make shure it's a worthwhile upgrade.

All depends on the person having the reading. Could be the future, might be a present situation and I've had past situations come up for people before because they need to revisit something and make changes.
