When calling up to speak to make an appointment id much prefer to speak to someone than an answering machine.

15 attempts in 3 days, all i want is a year check up for my teeth lol. Im more than likely just being fussy but talking to an answer machine just isn't natural.

My dentist does send a text a couple of days before your appointment so you remember it. I have to go dentist every four months

I work for Whitbread, and even our helpdesk number for systems and ordering is based in India!!!
