I tend to use "MMF" regardless of who's doing what to whom.

I *want* to use "FMM", putting the lady first, but "MMF" is so much easier to say.

I struggle to use "MFM" because that's My Favorite Murder.

Also indicates who plays....

MMF indicates males are bi (or at least curious)...

Whereas in MFM the males don't play with each other, only the female

Never assume they mean the same thing to everyone. Treat them like people and ask them what their likes, dislikes and boundaries are.

I was confused by this once too. I kept saying I wanted an MMF but it turns out I want a MFM and they are very different!
