2020 New Year's Resolution 2021

What was your New Year's resolution for 2020 and were you lucky enough to achieve your goal this year, or keeping it on hold for next year? Anyone planning to salvage what is left of 2020 by doing something that will make this year stand out and worth remembering? All of my plans went completely up the spout. Just bought some multilingual lesson books. Might as well try and learn as much as I can in Spanish and Swahili before the year is out. Did anyone benefit in 2020 or still plan to?

shits creek

Don't make em. To me they're just another "failure bow" in an arrow of self loathing if you lose track.

Showing myself the respect and love that I had freely given to others is a life work, not just for New Year, and that is plenty for me to take on.

What peach said, I make decisions regularly, not just on a specific date

I dont make a list of resolutions - but I do like going into the New Year thinking of it as a fresh start.

Especially next year - 2020 has been a weird one for everyone.

My 2020 Resolutions were based around getting jobs done around the house, and obviously 2020 has been such a weird year that I'd completed my list by June.

2021 is about losing weight and just 'finding myself' again. I think 2020 has left a lot of people feeling a bit withdrawn and isolated.
