I'm having a beef casserole cooked in the slow cooker with mushrooms, onions, courgette, with mashed spuds, roasted veg possibly yorkshire puds. Then carrot cake for pudding. Glass of wine

I can't eat proper food (true story) so yeah.... Choice between strawberry, vanilla or coffee flavour hideously vile milky liquid!! Yummmmmmm!!!
