Whilst enjoying a youtoob of JMJ Oxygene - live in your living room, I can't help wondering just how much all the vintage musical equipment on the stage would be worth if it was sold on fleabay.

What is your best guess?

My guess is that it would be cheaper to buy a stately home in the countryside.

Somewhere In The Ether…

I saw a clip on YouTube in which Jean was showcasing his vintage equipment.

It was highly fascinating, as additionally were some of the unorthodox techniques he was showcasing in one bit to attain certain sounds.

An absolute musical genius

Slightly amiss of the original topic but even as a younger specimen I can still appreciate the music that JMJ made, played often in my playlists!

Only slightly amiss - you will not be sent to the naughty room for this comment.

I still remember many, many years ago sitting in the rain in London watching him light up the buildings. A very memorable night.

Searching fleabay for most of the stuff shows no results, even in completed listings.

Found a Roland Jupiter 8 synth though. Sold for a cool £12,500.
