Naked is so much more comfortable in saunas and steam rooms. Our Scandinavian and Teutonic can't be wrong (and considerably less inhibited than us British folk on the whole)

Naked saunas are a thing, as for sex in them.... doesn’t really work it’s too bloody hot. Well that was my experience of having sex in a sauna...

They do exist

They are, however, closed at the moment

My local one, in Northwich, opened the play areas for a short time late summer, but both the dry sauna and the wet room remained closed

I didn't go because it's not safe imho, but also because the sauna rooms are my favourite places rather than the play rooms upstairs

In Germany, Austria and Scandinavian countries, the norm is to be naked in a sauna. You will be reprimanded if you wear anything, including a towel.

As for sex, there are a few but they are mostly swingers clubs. I do warn you though,I had a blow job in a steam room and nearly fainted! Luke

Oh yeah they’re real. My last meeting before lockdown was with a couple of friends at Rio’s naturist sauna in Kentish Town. A great last memory
