My mother had admitted to me about indulging in group sex and my dad is bi sexual.. (They are no longer together mind)

With a lot of people being more accepting of sexuality are anyone else's parents open minded?

My mum is open minded but dont discuss her sexlife same as i dont discuss mine. However, my son was very open with me about being bisexual (it was just a phase) and we discussed it in great detail so you could say im an open minded parent

Most of my friends their dad is the one more funny about that sort of thing with daughters. Their mum was the person they could talk to about that sort of thing. My mum wouldn't even explain to me what a condom was when I asked when I was young, she made my dad do it. I could barely talk to her about periods.

my mum was also married at 17 so doubt she hàd time for group sex but she did have to marry my dad because she was pregnant. My grandma was also pregnant when she got married alrhough the marriage was already planned. I was also pregnant when i got married so you could say it runs in the family. My then 97 year old was very openminded and didnt bat an eye when my gay cousin introduced his partner to her

My mum is in no way open minded, she would want to pray for me if she found out half of the things I’ve gotten up to.

My in-laws are much more open minded. I think having mr as a son was a bit of an eye opener for them but they have coped well

I don't discuss sex with them, but they're both open minded as far as sexuality and stuff...one of my dad's best pals is a chap who describes himself as a "genderfuck" totally considers himself a man and is straight but loves wearing women's clothes on the daily.

And both have gay friends.

My parents are fairly liberal tho.

I had a fairly factual education from my mum about puberty and what body changes would entail (helpful but not emotionally intimate). Apart from that, it's not a subject I ever discuss with my parents: not romance or sex/sexuality. I've got no idea about any of that with my parents and I can't imagine asking would go down well or yield any answers. (The same for any of my relatives, as it happens. We just don't talk about it)

My Dad is (more likely was now) a swinger or something. He's always had female company, often varied and I know that the last time he saw his Spanish girlfriend (35yrs his junior), that they were still in a sexual relationship - that was before the pandemic. My mum was also sexually promiscuous as a younger person. I'm almost certain that my Dad will have visited Townhouse in the past

Both my parents have been married and divorced multiple times which seems to suggest they're not very good at monogamy.

My Grandparents (only Grandad left now) on my mum's side are/were pretty conservative but they're were very accepting and supportive when I told them I was pregnant at 16.......
