renewing supporters membership problems!

HELP! can anyone help me? I have a new iphone (same sim as old phone) but it wont let me text to renew my supporters fee. I have tried the phone number too but it wont connect! is there some 'age lock built into the phone that I have to change? I am still able to get on fabswingers site but cant send text to renew ?

I have the same issues with my phone, it's likely not the phone it's more likely your carrier. I only got around it by using the phonecall option using my landline.

If you have a £ limit on your account then it won't let you, equally the age limit may be on so contact your network provider and make sure parental control off and limit not reached etc

Thanks, the age limit was my thought too, but if that was the case I wouldn't be able to get onto the site or any other porn site, which I can?

There is no money limit on the phone.

So annoying!

Its only happened after I changed my phone. Same sim card , so it must be something in the phone itself? I am with O2 and have never had any problems before?

Like I said, sone carriers (like mine) won't allow you to text, I've had the age restriction removed, bkock on premium numbers removed, no £ limit... But I still can't text Fab. As I don't have a credit card I have to use the 5 min call ootion using my landline.

Try googling how to turn off gambling restrictions on whatever phone you've got.

It will tell you step by step how to do it.

It will be in your settings
