"Depends on my mental health. If it’s good then yeah, I can cope with almost anything. If it’s wobbly then all it takes is a bit of spilt milk and I’m a woman on the edge and I feel overwhelmed. " This exactly

"Yup, I cope well under pressure at work. I work at one of the biggest Nurseries in the Midlands and it is fast paced, high stress environment and you have to be two steps ahead at every level whilst preparing for the next challenge Covid has thrown in a curveball but now are getting into routine with it all I love my job! Not sure I could function in a smaller environment " That is good you do and yes it have to be alot of pressure to work in a nurse too.

"I used to be really good, nothing was too much to handle but then I had a bit of a breakdown. Now I forget that I'm not my old self until I catch myself slipping back into the feelings/thoughts/emotions of that time. Then I know I either need more sleep or less stress or preferably both. Slowly getting better though 4 years on and I can handle a lot more than 2 years ago. Maybe one day I'll get back where I was. Mr" Yes things can change after such an event have happened.

"It depends on the stress. The kind of situation you mention, Shag, I wouldn't call stress. I'd call it pressure. And I'm very good under pressure. Stress, however, completely screws me up. My digestive system shuts down so I can't actually eat anything without being very sick (although drinking is fine weirdly) and my anxiety goes through the roof, giving me more frequent panic attacks and depression. " Yes, you are right there as it also depends on the sitation as well

"I am. I like it and infact I thrive under it. I like the rush you get as have to get ready in the last minute as you get ready to pack all your things before going out " Touchè.. I love working under pressure and stress. It brings the best out of me. Boring work can never grab my attention.

"I am. I like it and infact I thrive under it. I like the rush you get as have to get ready in the last minute as you get ready to pack all your things before going out " All relative to the type of stress. Work - piece of cake, drives you on. Always looking for the next challenge. If however like a lot of people at this time you are working from home AND have small children to mind and keep occupied at the same time, I imagine this may be hugely stressful for parents. Finacial stress would be completely different with each one requiring their own means of dealing with it. As I say, this will not be the same for everyone in the same way so there is no definite answer to this.

"I am. I like it and infact I thrive under it. I like the rush you get as have to get ready in the last minute as you get ready to pack all your things before going out " There’s different kinds of stress, it’s a lot more subtle than that.
