Sauce Wars!

Having read some comments on the 'Cutes Cafe' thread I'm shocked at some reponses

(Go get your breakfast orders in there btw)

A bacon sandwich can only have red sauce on!

What's all this rubbish about brown sauce?

What say you?

Bacon sandwich - red sauce or brown?

There and to the left a bit

Usually red - but not against the idea of mayo either...never go brown though but that's only because I don't particularly like it myself

Can I add that butter should be so thick it’s sliced rather than spread.

Used to be a chippy near me that did bacon barmcakes with the bacon deep fried in the chip oil.

Beautiful.
