Did this when married but found it easier to book a professional escort for the first time. Very expensive to get who my partner wanted but worth every penny. She came dressed as the OH fantasised (both in leather), knew the scenario, knew the boundaries and wasn't an issue that she had never even kissed a lady before. It was great and lead us to clubs and private meets.

A great attitude to have - should always be a three way thing, but it's good to know what you're looking for also.

While it's absolutely not impossible to find what you're looking for, you should know that single females looking for a couple are known as "unicorns" for a reason, so it may take you some time - or when they're open perhaps a club would be a better option for you.
