I 'think' I know what you mean, and yeah...

Like the time I thought I was getting the eye of someone in a nightclub, plucked up the courage to walk over, only to see the words 'FUCK. OFF.' being mouthed at me. I never even got the opportunity to open my mouth

I don't look back and cringe more look back and wish I had.

In my teens and through most of my 20s I had more girls as friends than guys. At the time I valued the friendship with the girls more than just wanting sex with them and the thought of possible spoiling some great friendships. Now looking back I wish I had just fucked them when I had the chance. If only I had a time machine.
