What should I make for dinner?

I'm a bit fragile from the weekend and I can't make a decision.

Should I make,

A winter veg and sausage tray bake (heavy on the garlic cos yum)

Or

A creamy honey and mustard chicken pasta.

Or

Something else entirely?

Please Don't suggest we order in...there is only one place delivering locally, and we ordered from there last night

Also....whatchoo having?

And should I have some alcohol?

Lu

Pasta is always a good choice after a heavy night.

Soaks up booze nicely.

Which will then leave room for more......

The winter veg and sausage tray bake with garlic sounds amazing.

I always like this sort of stuff when sobering up, especially the veg (in my book it counters all the harmful alcohol

As for drinks, maybes a nice glass of wine or two with it.

I'm having lasagne with garlic bread

It's my winner atm...

I can have a glass of red whilst I prep the veg...with a chopping board and bowl on the couch obviously....

Worcester

I would go with the winter veg and sausage tray bake as it sounds lovely and I am rather partial to a sausage or two and don’t mind garlic. And yes on the booze front, it would be wrong to cook without a tipple in hand.

I've just peeled, chopped and marinated the veggies for tonight's dinner...

Sweet potato, carrot, squatternut bosh, red and white onion and garlic, Asian inspired marinade.

Will make soy garlic and ginger mushrooms to go with and pan fried salmon fillet

It's smells SO good!

What you having tonight?

Lu

I'd like to point out that if I were not incapacitated I would be doing some of the cooking during this lockdown. But Lu is just being an amazing person and looking after me

.

Squatternut Bosh and salmon.

Tonight I'm doing chicken ramen with the all important miso marinated egg. And an excessive amount of sesame seeds because they make everything better.
