Hi beautiful people what is for dinner today?

I just finished devouring some curry goat, fried chicken with rice & peas; for desert my son & I shall be indulging in some apple crumble. For the finale popcorn for a movie night..

All this food sounds amazing.

Tonight I'm doing a thai green prawn curry with rice noodles and resisting the siren call of a double Big Mac.

"We had a propper Sunday lunch with roast beef..."

I had roast chicken, cooked in my combi microwave (microwave setting low, convection oven to 190c) in half the time and twice as juicy...

Had mine with salad as I'm on a low carb diet...

Roast beef, roast potatoes, carrots, green beans cauliflower cheese and some Yorkshire puds in beef dripping.

Not to mention the best gravy the world has ever seen!

Now excuse us while we enjoy our food coma! lol

I'm desperately gagging for a Chinese takeaway, but we're having soup instead. Stupid dieting.
