I can still put the palms of my hands flat on the floor, but I struggle to get into lotus type positions now, or get my knees behind my ears.

Mrs can pull full side and box splits.

You'll never see it cos her hips are to fragile but she CAN do it.

I can split chocolate so it's shared equally across the evening.

Thats my limits.

I damaged my rotator cuff in a fall a few years back so I can’t extend my one arm past my ear without it hurting like buggery and I also have sciatic nerve damage so I have to go careful with sudden movements or it “pops” and I’m in agony.

I used to do yoga before I had kids/got the above injuries and even then my flexibility wasn’t fluid. I was like a hinge that needed oiling

I have very little mobility as my hamstrings have been torn, scar tissue burnt off, torn and repeat so many times they are insanely short and cause me lower back pain. The physios did a fantastic job but with my legs straight I can only just touch the bottom of my knee's.

I do this one every morning to loosen up, Try it, activates hips, thighs, lower and upper back and neck/shoulders

Lotus position cross legs (or normal if not too flexible) , rock forward on your knees, lower your hands down straight out and extend out until your laying flat on your front,

have to go slow to begin with
