Erm yes but similar to Sinders, only if they really enjoyed doing it. When I give oral I get really turned on and absolutely love every minute of what I'm doing, the reactions I'm eliciting; the sounds, the taste of the precum, the thrusting of the hips etc.

Some short lived attempts with previous short term flings have felt rather perfunctory, kind of like oh I'll give it a quick lick and then I don't need lube when I stick my cock in.
