Can you date someone who is a model?

I remember some time back I was chatting with a woman on fab and I told her that I do modeling in my spare time and she told me I do look like a model and that she'd love to have sex with me, but wouldn't want to date me because she would constantly worry about me and other women.

So can you date a model and do you think you're secure enough in your emotions to date a model?

It's just a job.

I've known people married to models, strippers, lap dancers etc and of course others in more standard jobs.

There are jobs where you'll come into far more contact with the opposite sex - bar work, masseurs, door staff, even retail.

If you're worried about a partner mingling with the opposite sex at work then that's an issue for yourself to overcome, not them.

You know not all models look the same right?

I've modelled. Can't imagine anyone finds my looks intimidating

I dated a model in my younger years but left her when she decided that crack and cocain were to important to her.

Personally i haven't had any such experience but i really doubt it would effect me mentally in that way. Having s trophy GF or wife can be a turn on in itself.

But putting that aside, i could trust someone at their word unless they proved otherwise, no problem.

Really???

I wouldn't date someone with such unfounded misconceptions, personally!

I wouldn’t. It’s not because he might go out mingling, its because I might feel like a mascot next to him unless he is a short model , then I would happily hold his hand

The South

M went out with a super model a long time before we met.

I've seen pictures of them together and her at work. Stunning looking lady.

And now he's all mine.

It clearly works for some people, not others. I think you both have to be comfortable in your skin and comfortable in your relationship for it to work.

I had a 7 year relationship with someone who was very, very attractive

You need the self security to know that that person only has eyes for you because others will try to win their attentions and, quite often, whilst you're with them
