Ok, I've got myself a couple of mackerel fillets for my dinner tonight, but I'm having a mental block as to what to serve with them? Any FAB foodies here got any ideas please?

Think I'm going to grill them, and make a patatas bravos and a mustard potato salad. Thanks everyone

En papilotte! Baking parchment, foil, fillets , butter, small amount of salt (it's a salt water fish, after all) pepper and some sundried tomatoes, little lemon slice and cook for about 10 mins on about.... 150. Checknits translucent. Out of the oven, leave for 10 mins to rest.

From a fisherwoman!
