I would be bored to tears. That would mean i’d actually have to reply to messages

or use the chat rooms. I’d have at least an extra 20mins a day back though i could use the time to count rice grains or learn french.

Last time I left I wrote two symphonies and a play, all were critically well received, since I’ve returned I’m living in Squalor and the dishes are piling up, the publishers are constantly asking for a follow up, they know where my Priorities lay, I’ve told them it’s vital I continue to talk complete bollocks on here to people I will never meet and who at best are completely indifferent to my opinions.

5+ years ago there was barely a day I didn't pop in, often for hours.

Now? Probably logged in three or four times in the past year. Partly down to lack of free time due to other commitments, partly due to fancying a break, which just kept getting longer.

Now with lockdown there's ample free time.

Don't think I'll ever go back to how it was before so if a computer glitch shut down the forums for a month or so I doubt it would impact my free time.

Priorities change in life I guess and there appears to be less content these days tempting enough to warrant more time spent in here.
